In partnership with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Moselle Metropole Metz and the Ecole Supérieure de l'Immobilier (FNAIM-Paris).
The Master's degree is registrated as State Degree in the National Directory of Professional Certifications (RNCP code 35911). It is certified level 7.
The aim of the Master's degree in "Management and Property Assets Developments" (MDPI) is to train high-level executives in the development and the market and rental value of property assets. The term "property assets" refers to all properties, whether collective or individual housing, offices, shops or leisure properties, managed by private or social landlords (counsil housing) and held by private or professional investors (banks, insurance companies, pension funds, etc.).
The skills acquired by graduates of the MDPI Master's degree lead to careers in property development (setting up operations and marketing), property management and property services (facility management).
The validation of your 1st year of Master's degree in Management and Property Assets Develoment, allows you to access by right to the 2nd year of Master's degree in Management and Property Assets Develoment.

Organisation
Conduct
The training is organised on a sandwich course basis. The time spent in a company is part of either a standard employment contract (executive training for employees), a sandwich course contract (apprenticeship or professionalisation), or an internship agreement (job seekers). In the case of a professionalisation or apprenticeship contract starting in 1st year of Master's degree, the student must complete the contract over the two years of the Master's degree (1st year and 2nd year).

Sandwich course

Executive training
