The IAE Metz School of Management, is a Management School in Metz. It is a school with a human dimension, open to the international, integrated into the University of Lorraine which offers professional integration prospects to more than 80% at the end of studies in all management professions.
We recruit students at bac +2, bac +3 or bac +4 level in the 3rd year of Bachelor's degree and in Master's degrees. Our courses are taught by a team of 25 teachers - researchers as well as by nearly 200 professional speakers. They thus guarantee constant exchange with the corporate world. Our identity has been built by our permanent commitment to our economic partners and our anchoring within the Eurometropolis of Metz and Luxembourg. We welcome 1350 students, including more than 250 foreigners, the German students being the most numerous in the framework of the partnership we have with ISFATES.
Our proximity to the business world and the constant concern for the professional integration of our students are manifested in training courses and educational calendars adapted to the needs of the different audiences welcomed and those of companies: sandwich course, apprenticeship, professionalisation contracts, evening and weekend courses or even relocated seminars.
The IAE Metz, in this sense, constitutes a model for the development of the university of the future, capable of training the executives of tomorrow in particular in the professions of marketing, human resources, management, finance, entrepreneurship, logistics, quality, Franco-German management, audit and accounting. The IAE also offers specialised training in the field of property, health management and hotel trade. If the excellence of our training courses depends on the links with socio-economic actors, it is also made possible by the research activities of our teacher-researchers. They regularly publish in high-level international journals as well as books. The IAE Metz School of Management is involved in 3 chairs: EREM Chair on property professions, Health Chair and Entrepreneurship Chair.
Thanks to an administrative team composed of XX, the IAE Metz allows learners to be accompanied and guided during their training. The IAE Metz has various services to advise learners and future learners: an executive training service for employees and job seekers, an international service for the exchanges of our students, an internship service to help the integration of our students or a business relations service to support business leaders and human resources managers in their problems.
There is no IAE spirit without a rich associative student life. The IAE Metz School of Management supports the dynamics of associative life carried by the AEMI (Association of Management Students of the IAE), the Junior Company "IAE Metz Consulting" and the various student offices.
