Biography
Julien Husson has been Director of the IAE Metz School of Management since 2011. He began his studies in Lorraine and then obtained a PhD in management at the University of Lyon III in 2005 and a habilitation to direct research at the University of Metz in 2011. He started his career in Lyon as a consultant in the field of health facility management before joining the university as a lecturer in 2006.
In 2008, he became vice-president of corporate relations at the University of Metz. A researcher at the CEREFIGE, he is the author of some 60 papers and publications. He teaches project management and value analysis. He is a director of several innovation and business creation support structures and regularly conducts expert missions in France and abroad. Julien Husson is also an auditor at the Institut des Hautes Études de la Défense Nationale (IHEDN) and a judicial expert at the Court of Appeal of Metz. He is elected to the Metz City Council and to Metz Métropole.

Chair in Health Management
The Health Chair is about health organisations. They are seen in their broadest sense: health, medico-social and even social (disability). The work of the Chair will concern both public and private organisations. The chair is positioned in a deliberately non-medical field: the work is mainly anchored in management (organisational sciences) but also involves other disciplines such as engineering sciences, sociology, law, psychology, sports science, etc.
