The Master's degree in Management of Organisations in the Health and Social Sector (MOSSS) is dedicated to executive training students working in health, medico-social and social institutions.

Specificities of the Master's degree
The MOSSS Master's degree aims to meet the full range of needs of health and social professions faced with managerial issues: directors of health and social institutions, doctors, project managers, hub managers, consultants, evaluators, health executives, quality and risk managers, auditors…
The rapid evolution of environments and modes of governance in the health and social field, the development of the complexity of technical-socio-economic environments and the issues related to change management and efficient management today require training in both technical and generalist skills in complex project management, process and flow management, foresight, audit, coordination and evaluation of activities, cluster management, skills management, management control and management by indicators and dashboards, risk, quality.
The originality of the training is based on the close and permanent links forged between teaching, academic research, and research-intervention conducted within health, social and medico-social institutions. This articulation makes it possible to maintain a strong match between the needs of professionals in the health and social sectors and the training contents of the master's degree.

Organisation
Conduct
The educational organisation of the courses is planned on sequences of 5 and a half days per month. Group work, situations and accompanying workshops are planned throughout the training.
This training can be carried out under a professionalisation contract.
The internship is mandatory for job seekers and people in professional reorientation who come from organisations outside the medico-social and hospital sector.
