Registration fees

Registration fees for national degrees are set each year by ministerial decree.

For students in basic training, the registration fees amount to:

• €243 for a Master's degree
• €170 for a Bachelor's degree

An amount of €95 for the CVEC (Student Campus Life Contribution) is to be added to this sum. This contribution is to be paid by non-scholarship students from the CROUS via the CVEC platform

For students on an apprenticeship contract, the registration fees and training costs are borne by the company hosting the student. However, the student must pay the CVEC of €95.

Students on a professionalisation contract, the registration amounts are borne by the employer. The student in a professionalisation contract is not concerned by the CVEC.

For our national degrees, the training costs amount to:

• €3,300 for a candidate without funding
• €6,600 for a candidate benefiting from third-party funding

To which are added the registration fees which amount to:

• €243 for a Master's degree
• €170 for a Bachelor's degree

Non-EU students enrolling for the first time at the University of Lorraine will have to pay the following registration fees each year:

• €2,770 in bachelor's degree, DUT and preparatory cycle engineer
• €3,770 in Master's degree and engineering

Exception: non-EU students from certain countries (see deliberation of the Board of Directors of December 15th, 2020, see link) enrolling for the 1st time at the University of Lorraine in 1st year of Master's degree will pay community fees (€243 in 2020) in 1st and 2nd year of Master's degree without repetition.
