European Real Estate Management Chair

The EREM Chair aims to stimulate reflection and innovate practices in the property sector. It aims to support property companies in the digital, ecological and sociological changes affecting the sector.

The strategy adopted to achieve this is threefold:

• Training: the EREM Chair provides research support for two degrees awarded by the IAE Metz School of Management: the Master's degree in Managemet and Property Assets Development and the Bachelor's degree in Management specialisation Property Management Officer.
• Experimentation and innovation: the EREM Chair is based on the creation of a network of researchers, students, property professionals, users, and local authorities who not only raise questions but also allow for the experimentation of "life-size" answers in order to transpose them into the practices of property companies.
