The Ecotrophelia France 2021 student contest, that took place from June 22nd to 24th in Nancy, offered us a very nice selection of healthy, gourmet and eco-friendly food products.
Each team revealed its creativity and we congratulate them!
Some IAE Metz School of Management students took part in this contest in 2 teams: Les Audacieux and Les Barr'oudeurs.
Chloé GIROUD and Augustin RELANGE, 2nd year of Master in Marketing and Product Development students, are part of Les Audacieux, team that won the ECOTROPHELIA France Innovation Viandes prize (Meat Innovation France) (4000 €). This prize is supported by INTERBEV with their dish highlighting the co-products of the meat and sliced bread industry. Their two-texture dish was awarded the "Nutriscore A".
In the team Les Barr'oudeurs we find our students Thaïs DADEN and Nathan RAKOTOARIMANANA in 2nd year of Master in Marketing and Product Development, and Isack Cheick CONDE in 2nd year of Master in Digital Marketing. The team won the ECOTROPHELIA France Innovation Légumineuses prize (Legume Innovation France) (4000 €) supported by Terres Univia with their balanced nomadic product DuoCalés. The gourmet cereal, vegetable and pulse bars combine 3 textures and are available in three versions. They have been rated "Nutriscore A" and are a source of fibre.
