Presentation
The Master's degree is registrated as State Degree in the National Directory of Professional Certifications (RNCP code 35907). It is certified level 7.
The positioning of the Master's degree responds to the demands of a profession that is internationalising and is looking for future leaders capable of changing the hotel offer, taking into account, on the one hand, the positions and actions of the competition and, on the other hand, the evolution of lifestyles. Anticipating these movements and reinventing the offer are essential qualities in this profession today. The main expectation is that the trained manager has a vision of the market, knows how to evolve the design of the service to the customer, anticipates the movements of the competition and adapts the offer and the marketing mix to the requirements of the sector.
This master's degree is offered as a double degree with the University of Passau (Germany), the first year taking place in Passau, and the second in Metz (for any information, contact Click here to show mail address).
This master's degree offers the possibility to follow the Master's Degree in Consulting and Research Professions as a double degree. Discover the program of the Master's Degree in Consulting and Research Professions.

- that of the developer who is there to amplify the profound and unavoidable changes in the markets in order to bring employees to even more customer loyalty while consolidating the growth challenges.
Openness to international and different cultures remain priorities of this training in order to prepare future managers for the challenges already undertaken.

Organisation
Conduct
Students can choose the status that best suits their objectives: basic training with internship, sandwich course training under a professionalisation or apprenticeship contract, each course can be followed in 1st year and / or 2nd year. The student who does not find a host company during the first month of the training automatically switches to the status of classic student with full-time internship at the end of the training. Regardless of the chosen status, all courses take place alternately (approximately every other week from Monday to Saturday, see alternation calendar). They take place between the beginning of September and the end of March for the 1year, and between the beginning of September and the end of February for the 2nd year. For students in the classical cycle, the internship can be carried out either alternately from the beginning of the year, or full-time after the end of the courses, respecting the minimum and maximum planned durations.
This training is also open to people in Executive Training.
