Discover the new video episode of the Figaro Etudiant's Guidance Dictionary on the IAE: "What is an IAE (Institute of Business Administration)?

The Guidance Dictionary - There are currently 36 IAEs offering quality courses in management at university level.

As we know, private business schools are expensive. An alternative is for students to enrol in a public, less expensive, quality training course: the Institutes of Business Administration (IAE). These are free business schools. These are courses in management and administration that can be found in schools that are dependent on the university. The IAEs have existed since 1955. The first four were created in Bordeaux, Rennes, Dijon and Toulouse. There are now 36 of them, spread throughout France, including Corsica, Réunion and New Caledonia. In total, 52,000 young people study in IAEs and 500,000 people graduate from them.
