Presentation
The training is provided online.
Make entrepreneurship a perspective for professional retraining by mobilising resources, particularly at a distance, through the University of Lorraine's know-how in terms of entrepreneurial support.
To enable project leaders with professional experience who wish to move towards entrepreneurship to be supported in the transition from their idea to an entrepreneurial project.
The objective of this DU is to provide support to job seekers or employees in difficulty following the health crisis and with a project to bounce back in this particular context. This training is based on the provision of knowledge through the development of an action-based pedagogy centred on the entrepreneurial project.
For several years, the University of Lorraine has developed nationally and internationally recognised know-how in the field of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial support. More specifically, it is a support in the gaseous state of entrepreneurship, corresponding to the passage from the idea to the entrepreneurial project.
Based on the know-how in the field of entrepreneurial support, the objective is to offer support to the project leader in the framework of training-actions, starting from the entrepreneurial project.
The action training will focus on 3 dimensions:
- Me: reflexive work to get to know oneself better and meet the entrepreneurial intention of the project leader (Intentio© method);
- My entrepreneurial project: construction of the entrepreneurial project scenario (IDéO© method);
- My ecosystem: preparing the project leader to test his or her entrepreneurial project with the actors of the ecosystem (Delphi-Entrepreneur© method)
In order to take into account the needs of the project leaders and the post-Covid-19 health situation, the training-actions on entrepreneurial support will be conducted at a distance.
Face-to-face meeting points could be considered, in particular to meet the actors of the ecosystem.
The professions targeted by the training are:
- Head of company
- Entrepreneur
- Company director
Educational manager
- Christophe SCHMITT
