This Master's degree trains candidates in the global quality approach in order to build an executive profile able to apply the techniques, principles and methods of quality management. This Master's degree programme offers sound knowledge to managers or future managers through adapted and innovative learning methods.
This Master's degree guarantees future candidates knowledge such as dominion and implementation of different norms (ISO 9000, 14000, 26000, 31000, 45000, 18000...), the ability to identify and analyse quality problems and to offer corrective actions, the ability to organise and supervise internal and external quality audits, the dominion of Lean Six Sigma methodology and problem solving tools, etc.

The courses for the first year of Master's degree take place from Monday to Saturday, from September to June. In second year of Master's degree, courses take place from Monday to Saturday, from September to March. A mandatory internship of 462h to 924h.
Two professional certifications complete the University Degree in second year of Master's degree: Green Belt on Lean Six Sigma method and Value Analysis delivered by AFAV.

Students who have completed the 1st year of Master's degree in Innovation Management are obviously accepted in the second year of Master's degree in Quality Management, therefore, they are not subject to application file
