The Master's degree in Quality Management meets the needs of businesses from different business sectors that show a growing willingness to implement a global quality policy. The objectives of this policy is to develop a continuous improvement process in order to meet customers requirements and to increase business performance.

This Master's degree trains candidates in the global quality approach in order to build an executive profile able to apply the techniques, principles and methods of quality management. This Master's degree programme offers sound knowledge to managers or future managers through adapted and innovative learning methods.
This Master's degree guarantees future candidates knowledge such as dominion and implementation of different norms (ISO 9000, 14000, 26000, 31000, 45000, 18000...), the ability to identify and analyse quality problems and to offer corrective actions, the ability to organise and supervise internal and external quality audits, the dominion of Lean Six Sigma methodology and problem solving tools, etc.

Organisation
Conduct
The courses for the first year of Master's degree take place from Monday to Saturday, from September to June. In second year of Master's degree, courses take place from Monday to Saturday, from September to March. A mandatory internship of 462h to 924h.
Two professional certifications complete the University Degree in second year of Master's degree: Green Belt on Lean Six Sigma method and Value Analysis delivered by AFAV.

Sandwich course

Executive training
The 2nd year of Master's degree in Quality Management is accessible within the framework of a resumption of studies in executive training process or in a process of an accreditation of prior experiential learning (APEL).

Application
Students who have completed the 1st year of Master's degree in Innovation Management are obviously accepted in the second year of Master's degree in Quality Management, therefore, they are not subject to application file
- Hold a Bac +4 level training (240 ECTS).
- Be able to follow courses in English.
- For executives and job seekers that do not hold those degrees: be able to demonstrate good professional experience and executive status in order to assert a Validation of Professional Knowledge (VAP)
