Presentation

This university degree is aimed at companies that wish to train a group of employees.

Globalisation, the emergence of a multi-polar world and the digitisation of organisations and society are creating an environment in which the ability to adapt and innovate is becoming a guarantee of survival.
The University Degree "Management and transformations of organisations" responds in a theoretical and operational way to this need for transformation which affects any private or public organisation, whatever its sector of activity.
This DU, organised in the form of seminars, was designed by a multidisciplinary teaching team made up of teacher-researchers who deal with the issue of change in a central or transversal way in their work (coaching, collective intelligence, innovation support, etc.) and consultants from the Luxembourg firm MINDFOREST, specialists in change support.

Specificity of the degree

Its specificity is to be transversal and to propose a reflection on the stakes, the impacts and the support of change.
This University Degree appears to be complementary to other management courses (HRM, management control, marketing)

Objectives

The objectives of the course are as follows:

  • Defining, understanding and linking the issues of change
  • Anticipating and innovating through monitoring
  • Implementing an organisational change project in all its dimensions
  • Experiencing personal change (through individual coaching)
  • Supporting the cultural and organisational change brought about by digital technology.
