The aim of the Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Organisations is to provide students with theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of strategic and operational human resources management. It focuses more particularly on understanding the role of innovative management tools in the organisation, and apprehends their implementation through the research-intervention approach and the contribution of human sciences (philosophy, psychology, sociology, information and communication sciences).

In the first and second years of the Master's programme, the course is offered on a sandwich course basis, and on a professional training contract, an apprenticeship contract or a standard employment contract.
In 1st year: presence in the organisation on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Host organisations: Local authorities and administrations (Lorraine, Luxembourg, Saarland, Belgium and neighbouring regions), industrial and commercial companies, consultancies, agencies, professional unions, banks and insurance companies, associations, etc.

Sandwich course
The 1st year of Human Resources Management Master's degree can be completed under a professionalisation contract or an apprenticeship contract.
In the case of a professionalisation or apprenticeship contract starting in 1st year of Master's degree, the student must complete the contract over the two years of the Master's degree (1st year and 2nd year).
Executive training
The 1st year of Human Resources Management Master's degree is accessible within the framework of a resumption of studies in executive training process or in a process of an Accreditation of prior experiential learning (APEL)

- Hold a Bachelor's degree (180 ECTS) in one of the following fields: Management, Economics, Business Administration, Law, Humanities and Social Sciences.
- For executives and job seekers that do not hold those degrees: be able to demonstrate good professional experience and executive status in order to assert a Validation of Professional Knowledge (VAP)
- The candidate will have to read one of the following two books for the interview: La comédie humaine du travail by Danièle LINHART, Eres, 2015 or Le travail invisible by Pierre-Yves GOMEZ, Desclée de Brouwer, 2019
