Biography

Sandrine Heitz-Spahn holds a PhD in Management Sciences and is a lecturer at the University of Lorraine. She teaches digital marketing, distribution and marketing fundamentals. She has educational responsibilities for training at the IAE Metz School of Management. Her research focuses on the analysis of consumer behaviour in the retail context and on marketing nudge. She also works on the theme of the attractiveness of city centre commerce and has coordinated a collective research work entitled "(R)evolution of town centre trade: from stocktaking to resilience?" at Edition Universitaire of Lorraine. Her research work has been published in national and international scientific journals (Décisions Marketing, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, International Journal of Retail and distribution Management, Journal of Strategic Marketing).
