The winners of the PEPITE Grand Est 2022 Prize

On July 5th, the official jury of the PEPITE 2022 Prize took place. This prize rewards the best innovative projects from the national programme of the Pôles Etudiants Pour l'Innovation, le Transfert et l'Entrepreneuriat (PÉPITE) (Student Centres for Innovation, Transfer and Entrepreneurship) supported by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation.

This year, 5 of the winners are doing or have done a University Degree Student Entrepreneur at the IAE Metz School of Management. 

Lisa AUBRY, Degree in Food Industry Engineering, specialising in R&D (ENSAIA) - IAE of Metz - D2E

With her "Butternot" project: Alternative to naturally fat-free butters and margarines.

Alice DELECAMBRE, Degree in Food Industry Engineering, specialising in R&D (ENSAIA) - IAE of Metz - D2E

With her "Barr'oudeurs" project: a new savoury snack made from cereals, vegetables and legumes in the form of a bar that can be eaten with a meal.

Vincent HEURTEL,  Degree in agricultural engineering specialising in environmental science and engineering (ENSAIA) - D2E graduate (IAE of Metz)

With his "Worm Generation" project: an experimental and educational farm focusing on the place of insects in our ecosystems. Since these little beings with unknown powers could well represent THE solution to some of the current dramatic situations...

Anne VINCENTE, PhD in microbial ecotoxicology - IAE of Metz - D2E

With her project "IWARI": Development and animation of original events to bring scientific research to the citizens.

Victoria DEMANGE, Degree of generalist engineer in wood technology and industry (ENSTIB) - IAE of Metz - D2E

With her "AbsoluBois" project: Creation of draining outdoor flooring from wood and cement aggregates for driveways, walkways, playgrounds, tree surrounds, etc.

 

We congratulate all the winners of the PEPITE Grand Est 2022 Prize and salute all these creative and innovative projects.
