The Master's degree is registrated as State Degree in the National Directory of Professional Certifications (RNCP code 35913). It is certified level 7.

The Master's degree in International Finance is a course in Finance offered at the University of Lorraine and developed within the IAE of Metz. It aims to train students aspiring to make a career in international finance professions in two years.

In 1st year, students undergo fundamental training to acquire the key knowledge in financial theory, analysis and evaluation.

The International Finance Master's degree aims to prepare students to exercise operational financial responsibilities internationally and promote access in financial institutions such as banking groups, management companies, investment funds, consulting and / or financial audit firms as well as business and industry groups.

In particular, it relies on an ambitious level of certification in a foreign language (mainly English) to strengthen the international dimension essential to our training.

The validation of your 1st year of Master's degree in Finance, allows you to access the 2nd year of Master's degree in International Finance by right.

Conduct

The courses of the first year of the master's degree take place only in the classical cycle (from September to March full-time in basic or executive training). They are followed by an internship with a minimum duration of 616 hours to 924 hours of effective presence in the company (between April and September).

Application

  • Hold a Bac + 3 level degree (180 ECTS) in one of the following fields: Management Sciences, Economic Sciences, AES, Business Law, or other fields
  • For executives and job seekers that do not hold those degrees: be able to demonstrate good professional experience and executive status in order to assert a Validation of Professional Knowledge (VAP)
