The beginning of the year 2022 marked the release of the second special issue of the International Projectique Journal "Parole aux Managers des Organisations du Secteur Sanitaire et Medico-Social". The book is largely based on the research work of MOSSS Master's students, thus providing a rich and varied set of reflections which are all based on one theme: hospital management.
Produced under the coordination of Julien Husson, Sandrine Virgili and Omar Bentahar, this special issue of the International Projectics Journal aims to give a voice to managers of organisations in the health and medico-social sector by highlighting their research work. Research carried out throughout their professional career or as part of a Master's degree in Health and Social Sector Management (MOSSS).
This book thus highlights the quality of the theses submitted by the student-practitioners of the MOSSS Master's degree, which combine theoretical knowledge and field experience. The 11 papers in the book deal with a variety of subjects, although they all revolve around one theme: hospital management. Resilience in health crisis situations, digital transformation, support for change projects and reorganisation of strategic activities, new roles in managerial practice... these are the research topics covered in "Parole aux Managers des Organisations du Secteur Sanitaire et Medico-Social".
