Biography
Valery Krylov has a degree in sociology and human geography. He holds a doctorate in human resources management from the Institute of Business Administration (IAE), Université Paris 1 Panthéon - Sorbonne, and is a lecturer at the CEREFIGE laboratory at the University of Lorraine. His research interests include organisational theory, human resource management, intercultural management, transfer and assimilation of technologies and management tools, especially in Russia and the CIS.
